Tim was 13 in A Lonely Place of Dying (1989), six months after Jason died at 15 and a half.
He turned 16 in 2003 in Robin 116.
Then OYL took place, which would put him at 17, and before the reboot he never turned 18.
Post-Crisis Jason came to live with Bruce in 1987 when he was 12. It was never shown on panel, but the editor at the time explicitly stated it in the letters page. Dick was about 19 at the time, which can be deduced from 2 facts: he spent a semester in college, and he was Robin for the duration, then spent half a year without a hero identity before becoming Nightwing.
Steph was a freshman in college while Tim was still 17, which makes her about one year older than Tim. Cass is the same age as Jason, and they’re three years older than Tim.
Dick came to live with Bruce at 13, during Batman’s third year, when Bruce was 28, if he started at 25.
DC likes to mess with Babs’ age a lot to make her the same age or younger than Dick, but whatever, I think she’s about three years older than him.
TO SUMMARIZE!
Bruce is 15 years older than Dick who is 3 years younger than Babs and 7 years older than Jason and Cass. Tim is 3 years younger than them, one year younger than Steph and 7 years older than Damian.

I usually never wear excessive makeup. It’s too much effort and I like how I look without it. But goddamn it can be so much fun occasionally! I’m slightly tempted to start dressing like this again. SLIGHTLY 8D
